Lead complex TS systems integration activities across networking, data center, security, collaboration, and end-user compute. Key Responsibilities

•Drive installation, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management for highly complex cross-technology environments.
•Compile clear technical specifications, evaluate options with advantages/disadvantages, and create alternative solution plans as backup.
•Coordinate engineers’ and technicians’ activities in line with performance targets, monitoring quality and leading by example when required.
•Interact with clients on site and remotely, escalate unresolved issues to relevant third parties, and coordinate vendor escalations during deployments.
•Write reports and proposals, maintain project documentation, assist with SOP documentation, and provide third-line telephonic/remote/on-site support when needed.

Key Requirements

•Advanced understanding of technical design and business principles, including deep domain knowledge across technologies like networking, data center, security, collaboration, and/or end-user compute.
•Advanced experience executing complex installations, integrations, deployments, and fault management in technical environments.
•Advanced client engagement skills, including presentations and handling complex solution requirements on site and remotely.
•Advanced project management, report writing, and documentation skills for proposals, project documentation, and standard operating procedures.
•Advanced ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members, taking technical ownership as a technical lead during the project lifecycle.

Education:Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computing (or related field)
