Job Summary

Provide engineering and 3rd-level support for end-user email and messaging technologies as part of Visa’s Workplace Technology organization. Own L3 support and technical consultancy for email/messaging automation tools, manage Microsoft 365 (O365) and hybrid deployments, and administer compliance and security policies. Collaborate with Information Security to meet security requirements, investigate alerts, document solutions, and ensure reliable email flow with high availability, disaster recovery, and archiving.

•Perform engineering and 3rd-level (L3) support for email and messaging technologies, including architect/engineer-level troubleshooting.
•Manage O365, hybrid deployments, and email/messaging compliance and security policies.
•Own and provide L3 technical support for tools related to email/messaging automation.
•Work with the Information Security Office to ensure deployments meet security requirements and to assist investigations of security alerts.
•Provide technical consultancy to operations, engineering, and end users; document solutions and communicate issues affecting operations, outages, and service disruptions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years relevant work experience.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, email gateways, and email security devices/SaaS solutions.
•Strong competence with O365, Microsoft Exchange, email security gateways and appliances, and SaaS email security.
•Strong understanding of email flow plus high availability and disaster recovery, including messaging/archiving solutions.
•Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills with effective oral/written communication; available outside office hours for 3rd-level support.
