Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead people analytics strategy and roadmap, defining measures for workforce trends, staff experience, engagement, performance, retention, representation, mobility, and organizational health.
  • •Partner with People Team leaders and stakeholders to identify key talent questions, select analytical approaches, and translate findings into recommendations.
  • •Design, administer, and analyze staff surveys and other data collection methods such as engagement, pulse, and employee-lifecycle listening.
  • •Develop and continuously improve scalable dashboards, reporting tools, analytics solutions, and people data governance practices.
  • •Advance a culture of data-informed decision making through data fluency tools and narratives, translating technical findings for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,300 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, people analytics, workforce analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing or implementing people analytics strategies, operating practices, or organizational reporting solutions.
  • •Experience analyzing workforce or staff data and translating findings into actionable recommendations for talent and organizational decisions.
  • •Experience designing, administering, and analyzing staff surveys (engagement/pulse and organizational research) and using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) with SQL proficiency.
