Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical engineering delivery for solar PV, wind, hybrid renewable energy - BESS, and conventional energy projects, including pooling substations and EHV transmission systems.
  • •Provide technical direction for LV/MV/HV/EHV systems, including AC/DC systems, auxiliary systems, and electrical balance of plant.
  • •Oversee design of electrical systems including cable sizing, transformer sizing, switchgear selection, bay configurations, and drive systems.
  • •Lead development and review of AIS/GIS substations, switchyards, bay extensions, and transmission interfaces (OHL/UGC).
  • •Review and approve key basic and detailed engineering deliverables including: Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematics, layouts, GA drawings; Power evacuation schemes and system configurations; Technical specifications, datasheets, BOQs/BOMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems.
  • •12+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience in HV/EHV substation design (AIS/GIS) and power evacuation systems.
  • •Strong expertise in power system studies and electrical design calculations.
  • •Hands-on experience with tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent.
