Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically plan and coordinate preventive and condition-based maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and safety.
  • •Develop detailed standardized work packages, including work instructions, required resources, and parts/tools/equipment lists for work orders.
  • •Perform field walk-downs to scope jobs, identify potential hazards, and ensure work packages reflect field conditions.
  • •Identify and manage required safety permits for planned maintenance jobs, including LOTO and Job Hazard Analysis, and incorporate safety protocols into each work package.
  • •Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure timely, accurate close-out of work packages; collaborate with the Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor to optimize maintenance strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 10-15 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment (technician, lead, or planner) and 20 years overall experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance practices, and equipment operation.
  • •Advanced proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP.
  • •Be able to meet pre-employment requirements including physicals, drug screen, and/or background investigation for DOE clearance.
