Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complete AI agent systems, including architecture, implementation, evaluation, and production operations.
  • •Design context windows and retrieval strategies, including chunking logic, conversation memory, and summarisation approaches.
  • •Build evaluation frameworks and automated eval pipelines, plus human-in-the-loop review processes.
  • •Design and integrate tool layers (MCPs/tool interfaces, APIs, data contracts) with reliable error handling.
  • •Influence technical direction through evidence-based architectural contributions, code reviews, and pairing, helping set production-quality standards.
