Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee shared technical services including machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling fabrication, 3D printing, and future capabilities such as calibration.
  • •Design, implement, and own scheduling methodology for shared technical resources, ensuring transparency, capacity visibility, and data-informed prioritization.
  • •Coordinate between production business lines and shared technical services by identifying scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints and facilitating prioritization.
  • •Supervise and develop technical services staff, setting priorities, assigning work, and building a culture of responsiveness and accountability as the team grows.
  • •Establish SOPs, work request intake processes, performance metrics, monitor utilization/throughput, forecast demand, and report risks and status to site leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with exposure to technical support services (machining, testing, tooling, or similar).
  • •2+ years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role managing shared resources or cross-functional support teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and manage scheduling or resource allocation processes in a multi-program or multi-customer environment.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of working across organizational boundaries and managing competing priorities.
  • •Experience standing up or significantly improving operational processes in a scaling environment.
