  • •Drive productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and employee engagement through individual and team contributions.
  • •Lead all aspects of Trio members, providing direction, development, and support to direct reports.
  • •Empower team members through collaboration, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects.
  • •Develop and promote safety programs and safe work practices, actively participating in plant safety teams and initiatives.
