Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategic talent programs across the organization
•Lead and manage performance management processes for designated teams and support managers in resolving complex people issues
•Provide consultative support on core HR/talent programs and ensure consistent business-wide application
•Coordinate workforce planning and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards for scalable solutions
•Diagnose talent and organization-related problems using data insights and stakeholder feedback to drive business outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 125,000 annually

•7+ years of progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues in fast-paced, global environments
•Experience in performance management, diversity initiatives, and employment law across multiple regions
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
•Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to influence decisions
•Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and Google Workspace; comfortable with data analytics
