  • •Develop and execute project and process plans; implement policies and procedures; set operational goals.
  • •Acquire resources; provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
  • •Support supply chain execution performance, including customer on-time delivery and risk/issue/opportunity management.
  • •Provide requirements management for supply chain systems and tools integrations, and develop/maintain supply chain business events and process flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
  • •5+ years working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • •3+ years of experience with critical business and financial acumen, including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance.
  • •5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience leading projects and/or teams, including Schedule Executability Risk Assessments and reporting recommendations to program senior leadership.
  • •Additional: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; experience with FAR, proposal development/contract negotiations with U.S. Government customers, and/or EVM and CAM (preferred).
