Data Entry / Sales Support

Connect with customers primarily by phone to build relationships, support sales initiatives, and uncover new opportunities. You’ll gather customer feedback, handle routine questions while escalating complex issues, and proactively solicit sales orders from existing customers. Support new customer development using phone and web-based marketing, assist with lead qualification, and coordinate sample requests with plant operations. Partner with account managers and Product Managers to execute sales programs and maintain distributor relationships.
