Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment in accordance with company policies.
  • •Produce quality products and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.
  • •Continuously improve performance by implementing lean initiatives such as waste elimination, kanbans, pull production, continuous flow, 6-S, and TPM.
  • •Troubleshoot product and manufacturing process problems as needed using resources (e.g., Engineering, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Marketing).
  • •Obtain and maintain all required certifications including qualification and testing, and perform other assignments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must display natural or corrected vision of 20/22 with normal color perception, and read Jaeger 1 at not less than 12 inches.
  • •Experience performing non-destructive examination methods.
  • •Working knowledge of proper measurement techniques and sequences, including reading and interpretation of Geometrically Dimensioned Drawings (GD&T).
  • •Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
  • •Obtain and maintain all required certifications (qualification and testing) in accordance with FMP2J1.
