Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates and validate cost inputs using benchmark data from previous projects.
  • •Advise on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios and provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
  • •Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation and bid leveling, bid interviews, and vendor selection recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts to clients with transparency and accuracy; maintain a commercial risk register and lead review meetings.
  • •Assess payment applications, recommend contractor entitlements, evaluate change order requests, and support dispute prevention/resolution and end-to-end invoicing to ensure timely payments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually
