Job Summary

Provide advanced program analysis across large, complex multi-site programs by managing cost and schedule governance, building and maintaining cost/schedule baselines, and tracking performance metrics. Lead Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities, perform variance and root-cause analysis, and support SOX-compliant reporting. Recommend process improvements and support program management methodologies while translating complex data into executive-level insights and mentoring junior program controls resources.

•Prepare, analyze, and interpret detailed cost, schedule, and performance reports for complex programs.

•Identify financial risks and opportunities using root cause and impact analysis, recommending corrective actions.
