Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the CEI Market in Texas as Senior PM, developing work and performing PM duties as needed
  • •Develop detailed CEI business development plan with scalable milestones and lead proposal writing and interview presentations
  • •Lead marketing efforts, maintain contact with TxDOT DOCs and AEs, and identify new opportunities and needs
  • •Develop and maintain trained staff, achieve 90+% billability, and ensure timely client billing
  • •Conduct project reviews including safety and perform CEI PM duties for CEI contracts

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
  • •MVR check required
  • •PE license required in TX or ability to obtain the license in six months
  • •15+ years of transportation experience
  • •Working knowledge of TxDOT Site Manager or AASHTOWare Project- CM (APCM) or equivalent
