•Grow the CEI Market in Texas as Senior PM, developing work and performing PM duties as needed
•Develop detailed CEI business development plan with scalable milestones and lead proposal writing and interview presentations
•Lead marketing efforts, maintain contact with TxDOT DOCs and AEs, and identify new opportunities and needs
•Develop and maintain trained staff, achieve 90+% billability, and ensure timely client billing
•Conduct project reviews including safety and perform CEI PM duties for CEI contracts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 240,000 annually

•BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
