Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the performance of equipment and ensure safe implementation of the maintenance schedule.
  • •Be responsible for daily health, safety and quality management, implementing corrective and preventive actions, conducting tours and audits, and investigating to improve equipment reliability.
  • •Ensure preventive maintenanceImplementation and weekly maintenance calendar.
  • •Resolve operational problems and accelerate resolution by prioritizing plant needs.
  • •Lead, supervise, develop and mobilize teams to ensure efficiency and achievement of department financial objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •DEC technique. Mécanique, Électrique ou équivalent
  • •Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’équipes dans un environnement de fabrication et/ou une expertise technique approfondie (mécanique/électrique). Une expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire est un atout.
  • •Maîtrise de la lecture de documents/plans en anglais et de la conversation en anglais pour collaborer de manière fiable avec les usines KH situées aux États-Unis.
  • •Expérience avec les systèmes informatiques de gestion préventive.
  • •Maîtrise des outils de la suite MS Office.
