Drive sales performance within the Perth territory for DEWALT and related brands by managing distributor and retail partners, building relationships, and increasing market share. Create pull-through demand through end-user engagement, demos, training, and hands-on instruction. Identify new business opportunities and incremental merchandising initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally to meet territory objectives, and manage daily/weekly activity updates in Salesforce.

•Drive sales performance, growth, and execution across distributors and retail partners within the territory.
•Build strong relationships with distributor and retail stakeholders to grow market share and strengthen in-store presence.
•Create demand by engaging with end users and influencing product preference and pull-through sales.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities through onsite activity and deliver customer-specific solutions.
•Plan weekly priorities and complete daily activity updates in Salesforce to keep tasks and calendars accurate and up to date.
