Staff Simulation Engineer - Foundry

Build and lead an end-to-end aerial autonomy simulation stack for DoorDash Labs, defining the simulation architecture that supports autonomy development, validation, CI/CD testing, and pilot training. Own key architecture decisions while developing core components, high-fidelity physics and sensor simulation capabilities, and scalable cloud infrastructure for parallel mission testing. Partner closely with autonomy, controls, and aircraft teams, and mentor a small simulation engineering group.
