Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end post-production processes for short-form and long-form video content.
•Perform offline/online editing, VFX, motion graphics/2D animation, compositing (green screen & clean-up), and colour grading.
•Deliver vertical social-first content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and XHS.
•Act as the quality gatekeeper and provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, visual direction, and animation techniques.
•Establish post-production workflows (file structure/version control) and manage archives, backups, and collaboration in tools like Frame.io.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of post-production experience in a post-production house, studio, or in-house creative team.
•Strong experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.
•Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Frame.io.
•Solid understanding of VFX, motion graphics/2D animation, compositing, and colour grading.
•Strong video editing showreel/portfolio and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
