Systems Engineer (Customer Engineering)

Serve as the main technical point of contact for airline and leasing customers across Phase I (capturing requirements) and Phase II (project execution) for aircraft retrofit modifications. Gather customer needs, review aircraft configurations, and guide customers to the right retrofit options. Drive proposal generation with internal teams, support multiple product-line modifications, and track proposal/project progress through major milestones.
