•Technical assessment of projects in line with legislation, legal precedent and HMRC guidance to ensure valid claims are made
•Undertaking property surveys to support the claim process
•Preparation of compliant, high-quality capital allowances claims using in-house software
•Effective management of the claim process, including liaison with clients, consultants and colleagues to optimise claims and meet deadlines
•Support claims in the event of HMRC enquiries

Key Requirements

•Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., quantity surveying)
•Professional qualification such as RICS or ATT would be beneficial
•Understanding of construction technology and property finance
•Ability to self-manage a wide array of ongoing tasks
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
