Buyer Associate

Source and procure products by performing purchasing activities, monitoring inventory levels, and managing product shortages. Maintain supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate contract terms and volume discounts, and expedite orders. Analyze inventory and utilization, keep purchase orders and order releases accurate, and resolve payable discrepancies and freight billing/audit items. Research product specifications when details are unclear and support customer issue reconciliation.
