Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Train on smart home technology products to become an expert and provide detailed system instructions.
  • •Manage inventory and assets, including routine maintenance of company products and equipment.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Leverage installation and service appointments to generate leads and revenue for additional products and services.
