Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Support safe operations through strong stockroom standards and processes while assisting with store reporting, budgets, expenses, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around all areas of the store
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds and safely perform physical tasks including climbing up/down a ladder
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
