Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the community’s primary voice by responding to questions and threads across platforms.
  • •Moderate channels to maintain a safe, inclusive environment, enforce guidelines, and manage escalations.
  • •Drive engagement through conversations, resources, recurring office hours, and AMAs with internal guests.
  • •Manage the content calendar, and design challenges, prompts, and hackathons to encourage participation and recognize technical excellence.
  • •Capture and translate community feedback into actionable insights, and triage bug and roadmap requests while reporting on community health metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in developer relations or community management, with a track record of building communities from scratch.
  • •Proven success launching a community, including how you drove early engagement and scaled membership.
  • •Experience establishing governance, moderation, and content programs on Slack and platforms like Discourse or Reddit.
  • •A CS degree, equivalent software engineering experience, or a foundation in open-source development.
  • •Strong written communication to create technical, warm, and human responses for all user levels.
