Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop initial mechanical design concepts for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
  • •Perform feasibility studies and load calculations to determine system requirements.
  • •Design ductwork, piping and ventilation systems ensuring optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
  • •Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for tendering.
  • •Maintain daily site logs detailing work progress, manpower and issues encountered.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • •7–8 years in mechanical design and project management, preferably in retail or commercial projects
