Job Summary

As the primary business partner for Maaden’s Gold & Base Metal (BMNM) domain, you will translate domain objectives into gold-specific initiatives, collaborate with domain integrators and chief specialists, and align KPIs and value targets with domain leaders and capital projects to maximize value realization across gold operations and future base metal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive delivery and ensure alignment of Gold / Base Metal business priorities, KPIs, and value objectives in domain-level initiatives
•Represent and collate Gold / Base Metal priorities and value objectives in domain-level initiatives
•Ensure domain solutions reflect Gold operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers
•Act as the single coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams
•Support development of technology enablement requirements from different platforms that are part of the tech stack

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Operations, or Business
•12+ years’ experience in Gold/Base Metal operations or business roles
•Strong understanding of mining operating models and economic drivers
•Experience supporting cross-functional or technology-enabled initiatives
•Proven ability to operate across business units and specialist teams
