Serve as a trusted advisor and client-first partner, uncovering customers’ financial wellness needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and lending products, while attaining individual sales activity and outcome goals. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business contacts to deepen relationships and drive new client acquisition. Ensure compliance and support teller line transactions as needed in a branch setting.
