Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise all civil construction activities on site to ensure safe, efficient execution.
  • •Ensure civil works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Promote and enforce HSEQ compliance and a strong safety culture in accordance with project requirements.
  • •Monitor contractor performance and construction progress to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • •Coordinate civil scope activities (earthworks, excavation, foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, roads, drainage, paving) and oversee inspections, testing, punch list closure, and mechanical completion requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in Civil.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • •Extensive experience supervising major civil construction works such as earthworks, excavation, reinforced concrete, foundations, roads/paving, drainage, underground utilities, and structural civil construction.
  • •Strong knowledge of international civil engineering codes, standards, and construction best practices.
  • •Proven experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors, and large site construction teams with demonstrated HSE commitment.
