Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end delivery of DataRobot’s most advanced enterprise engagements, focusing on deploying Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. You will bridge business strategy and engineering execution, translate executive-level goals into technical requirements, manage risk, drive agile delivery, and help customers operationalize AI workflows for measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Complex AI Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements, including projects building GenAI agents and predictive solutions.
•Bridge Business & Technology: Translate client business goals into technical requirements and coordinate with AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
•Technical Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data infrastructure, API, and agent logic risks to protect critical paths.
•Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with client sponsors and navigate organizational dynamics to ensure success.
•Agile Delivery: Run sprints, stand-ups, and reviews to maintain velocity and clear direction.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience, including delivery of complex software or data products for enterprise clients.
•Hybrid background with experience in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead) and progression into client-facing leadership roles (e.g., Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner).
•Experience managing data science or machine learning projects.
•Technical undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar); MBA preferred.
