Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the execution of M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mandates, strategic advisory, and cross-border transactions
  • •Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis as required)
  • •Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations
  • •Conduct detailed financial, valuation, and strategic analysis across a range of industries
  • •Perform company, industry, and market research, including analysis of Greek and international markets

Key Requirements

  • •Native Greek speaker with fluent professional English (written and verbal)
  • •Analyst: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; Associate: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus relevant prior investment banking experience
  • •Experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a closely related field
  • •Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • •High attention to detail with strong organisational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
