Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of distribution business plans, sales priorities, and performance objectives across Retail, HNW, Broker and Digital channels.
  • •Establish and run a performance management framework, including business reviews to identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps with recommendations.
  • •Drive sales productivity and sales effectiveness initiatives using data-driven insights, leading productivity deep-dives and implementing best-practice improvements.
  • •Govern annual sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across distribution.
  • •Lead, coach and develop the Sales Strategy & Planning team; produce executive dashboards, Monthly Business Reviews, board papers, and strategic presentations for decision support.

Key Requirements

  • •Prefer a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking and/or insurance, preferably with strategy and planning and sales analytics experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking business and business acumen with numerical sense; insurance experience is advantageous.
  • •Proven ability to lead independently under pressure, with problem-solving skills to handle ambiguities.
  • •Excellent written, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
