Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed directly with enterprise fleet customers to understand maintenance, dispatch, and shop workflows.
  • •Ship working software the same week by building and integrating across telematics, TMS, and maintenance systems.
  • •Design agent workflows on top of messy real-world fleet data.
  • •Own deployments end to end from initial discovery through production running on thousands of trucks.
  • •Run effectively in ambiguity and deliver customer-facing outcomes with extreme ownership.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Real logistics/trucking/supply chain experience building for or working with fleets, carriers, brokers, 3PLs, or fleet maintenance.
  • •Daily-driver fluency with AI-native development tools (Claude Code, Codex, agentic coding workflows) that you can demonstrate live.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering with an integrations bias (REST/webhook APIs, data pipelines, third-party systems like telematics, TMS, and maintenance platforms).
  • •Extremely high energy and customer-facing confidence, comfortable presenting to a VP of Maintenance and shipping quickly.
  • •Extreme ownership: operate in ambiguity, don’t wait for specs, and treat the customer’s problem as your own.
