Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute global enterprise strategy for identity security, data protection, privileged access, governance, and risk management.
  • •Modernize enterprise identity and access capabilities (identity governance, privileged access management, machine identity, cloud entitlements, and access lifecycle controls).
  • •Build and operationalize a modern data protection strategy including data classification, DLP, encryption, data security posture management, insider risk controls, and data-centric zero trust.
  • •Strengthen cyber governance, risk, and control practices by aligning priorities, operating models, metrics, and investment decisions to enterprise risk and business outcomes.
  • •Build, develop, and lead high-performing global information security teams across four hub regions and translate cyber risks and investments into business outcomes, roadmaps, and decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 251,900 - 314,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership, owning enterprise programs across identity, data protection, privileged access, governance, risk, and compliance.
  • •Influence executive stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide decisions across technology and business functions without direct authority.
  • •Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures and applying identity, access, and data protection principles across cloud, on-prem, applications, and data environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of cyber defense operations and how identity/data protection controls impact prevention, detection, response, and recovery.
  • •Experience with regulatory/control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOX, plus modern GRC and risk management initiatives.
