Key Responsibilities

  • •Navigate and shape Thailand’s external policy and regulatory environment to protect and enable long-term growth, including engagement with government, regulators, and industry associations.
  • •Deliver internal and external corporate communications, including media relations, communications support for public policy and society campaigns, and issues/crisis communications.
  • •Develop and implement the society agenda in Thailand aligned to the Spirit of Progress strategy, focused on promoting positive and responsible drinking.
  • •Influence the regulatory landscape and reforms related to alcohol regulation, licensing, zoning, and excise/customs-related areas.
  • •Own and build trusted stakeholder relationships across government, trade associations, industry bodies, and civil society/NGOs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in corporate relations (or relevant roles) in highly regulated multinational environments, trade associations, or agencies.
  • •Strong leadership experience partnering with senior business leaders (including MD/GM level) and leading small agile CR teams.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, implementing global strategies at local market level.
  • •Strong background in public policy, government relations and/or strategic communications.
  • •Experience navigating and influencing external policy/regulatory environments to mitigate business risks and unlock growth opportunities.
