Provide an industry-leading client experience by building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations in person and over the phone. Meet individual and branch sales targets by recommending deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, and coordinate referrals to internal specialists for more complex needs. Cross-train to support teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending and loan applications, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
