Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain hands-on lab scenarios and technical content (YAML- and Markdown-based) aligned to real-world use cases.
  • •Script and automate parts of the training environment using Bash/Python and troubleshoot delivery platform issues (e.g., Instruqt, LMS).
  • •Design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops, initially with senior instructors and then owning smaller sessions.
  • •Write clear courseware and technical instructions and apply instructional design fundamentals to define learning outcomes.
