Key Responsibilities

  • •Exercise safe driving practices to protect the public.
  • •Operate commercial motor vehicle transporting live poultry safely and securely.
  • •Comply with DOT safety rules and all company/local/state/federal policies, laws, and regulations.
  • •Perform and document pre-trip inspections, ensure secure load before movement, and maintain proper documentation for equipment, time, trips, and weight.
  • •Assist with trailer loading/unloading, clean and wash the truck, and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 21 years of age.
  • •Valid Class A CDL with 1 year verifiable satisfactory driving record.
  • •Knowledge of Department of Transportation, State, and Federal laws.
  • •Ability to read and write legibly.
