Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily plant operations for assigned functional areas through direct reports.
  • •Establish production standards, develop budget and cost controls, and ensure safety, food safety, and product quality objectives are met.
  • •Oversee the plant budget, including staffing, operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures, ensuring financial targets and cost controls are in place.
  • •Create a culture of continuous improvement and lead cross-functional teams using performance metrics to deliver sustainable improvements.
  • •Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers, and resolve operational/manufacturing/maintenance problems to prevent delays.
