Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor mechanical wastewater system equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, electrical components) under minimal supervision.
  • •Perform preventative and routine maintenance (e.g., adjusting belts, replacing belts, changing pump oil) to ensure optimal operation.
  • •Measure and monitor wastewater chemicals and report variances to appropriate personnel.
  • •Operate pumps, dewatering equipment (tanker), compressors, and chemical feed equipment.
  • •Maintain housekeeping for work areas, tools, equipment, facilities, and grounds while following safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Pass NOCTI Mechanical Level 1 prior to applying.

  • •3+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial wastewater treatment and 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a production environment.
