Senior counsel leading complex technology transactions for a SaaS/enterprise customer base, drafting and negotiating SaaS MSAs, security/privacy/AI terms, order forms, and statements of work. Partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security and Product to resolve issues, advises on data privacy, information security, IP and OSS, and helps improve templates and contracting processes. Reports to the Senior Director & Associate General Counsel, Commercial.
