Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers when they enter the airport or arrive in the ticket area.
  • •Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including printing boarding passes and receipts.
  • •Service and maintain kiosk machines and troubleshoot kiosk technology issues; communicate with IT when additional servicing is required.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage compliance and verify/clear travel documents for international travel using the Timatic database available in the kiosk.
  • •Assist with checked baggage processing, queue management, gate information and directions, and support special-assistance needs as required.
