  • •Design, optimise, and troubleshoot graphic arts production workflows, including PDF-based production workflows and workflow automation.
  • •Advise on workflow efficiency, RIP integration, process optimisation, and improvements across digital and physical production environments.
  • •Own end-to-end color-managed production environments, including ICC profile creation/validation, device characterisation, and print quality optimisation.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex color and print quality challenges using spectrophotometric measurement and industry-standard color tools.
  • •Act as a technical authority for Canon sales engagements, author solution design content, support implementations/onboarding, and provide advanced specialist troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in graphic arts, commercial print, or production inkjet environments.
  • •Hands-on production workflow expertise across commercial print environments, including PDF-based workflows (imposition, preflight, output processing, automation).
  • •Demonstrable color management expertise, including ICC profile creation/validation, color space management, spectrophotometric measurement, and device characterisation in live production settings.
  • •Working knowledge of recognized color production standards such as ISO 12647-2 and G7, plus Fogra/GRACoL certification processes.
  • •Experience in customer-facing consultancy or pre-sales/specialist technical roles, with strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.
