Key Responsibilities

  • •Own P&L forecasting including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting
  • •Analyze unit economics such as gross margins and define CAC/LTV by customer segment
  • •Perform capital allocation analysis across TAM, new product opportunities, partnerships, and M&A
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to support business execution and growth
  • •Implement AI-enabled forecasting to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of finance experience, including strategic finance, investment banking, and/or private equity
  • •Experience owning forecasting and analytical decision-making at a high-growth company
  • •High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using SQL to pull your own data
  • •Ability to translate dense financial data into a compelling story for non-finance stakeholders and drive recommended actions
  • •A proactive, player-coach mindset focused on building templates and systems and using AI/automation to improve FP&A speed and accuracy
