Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with program leads to establish sample plans and budgets for each EPYC product.
  • •Create and maintain operational sample execution plans with AMD supply chain from component planning through on-time delivery.
  • •Develop and share best-in-class processes to streamline and scale organizational execution for expanding roadmaps.
  • •Build R&D AOP and work with finance to maintain POR budgets, analyzing divergences vs. actuals and organizational metrics.
  • •Maintain and analyze operational, resourcing, and financial data (resource allocation, material costs, OPEX, and CAPEX) for strategic planning and performance monitoring.

Salary: USD 142,310 - 243,960 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Come from the semiconductor industry with experience developing and executing operational plans.
  • •Have experience with program management in a fast-paced, highly technical, matrixed environment.
  • •Create operational sample plans and execution plans in collaboration with supply chain.
  • •Comfortable with budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range financial planning, including working with finance on POR budgets and variances.
  • •Expert in Python scripting, SQL, and Power BI for automating, managing, and visualizing operational data.
