Production Supervisor- Fresh Plant

Oversee daily operations on the poultry production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Lead and coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflows, and enforce health and safety compliance. Provide employee training and feedback, organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules, and collaborate with other departments to drive quality improvements, cost savings, and process enhancements. Willingness to work night shift is required.
