Job Summary

Support end-to-end footwear production development from early development through confirmed sample sign-off. Work closely with vendors to transition footwear designs from prototype to production, review tech packs with overseas teams, and coordinate across raw material sourcing, tooling, and other groups to keep delivery on schedule. Track specifications, manage sample material transfers and long-lead projects, and drive CRF corrections and wear/lab test samples while maintaining high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the footwear product process and interact with vendors to transition designs from prototype into production.
•Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the team leader.
•Review tech packs with overseas teams and vendors.
•Coordinate with raw material sourcing, tooling, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
•Support sample material transfer between vendors, trims/2nd upper process, and communicate products/shipping/tracking between factory and overseas teams.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of working experience in the footwear industry for a Developer role, with knowledge of product materials and the product development lifecycle.
•Review and handle footwear development projects with guidance from the team leader.
•Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Fluent English (written and verbal); Chinese is preferred.
•Strong organization and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
