Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the footwear product process and interact with vendors to transition designs from prototype into production.
  • •Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the team leader.
  • •Review tech packs with overseas teams and vendors.
  • •Coordinate with raw material sourcing, tooling, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
  • •Support sample material transfer between vendors, trims/2nd upper process, and communicate products/shipping/tracking between factory and overseas teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of working experience in the footwear industry for a Developer role, with knowledge of product materials and the product development lifecycle.
  • •Review and handle footwear development projects with guidance from the team leader.
  • •Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal); Chinese is preferred.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
