Partner with Global IT leadership to shape organizational design, talent strategy, and culture across technology, cybersecurity, and data. Drive a strong talent mindset by advising leaders on how they assess, develop, and deploy talent to strengthen leadership pipelines and scale the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, change management, executive coaching, and HR initiatives, leveraging tools like Workday and a Workforce Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively shape HR BU/function strategies and priorities to align with business strategy and culture goals.
•Balance enterprise needs with local requirements, conducting organizational and talent assessments to build pipelines.
•Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies for the BU/function.
•Coach and develop executive leadership and management, including counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
•Partner with COE and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives; support analytics using Workforce Dashboard and Workday, and contribute to M&A/divestiture HR integration.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 192,500

•Leverage HR tools and systems (e.g., Workforce Dashboard and Workday) to perform analytics that support business strategy.
