Associate Client Relationship Manager

Serve as a customer contact for Workiva Managed Services, managing client requests from onboarding through support and project delivery. Execute onboarding project plans, coordinate Capital Markets filing processes, and ensure document accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve moderate issues, escalate complex cases, and train customers on the Workiva platform. Maintain continuous engagement with working groups and deliver an exceptional, consultative customer service experience.
