Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead rail and international transportation functions, ensuring execution of freight movement, carrier management, customer delivery requirements, and equipment utilization.
  • •Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for managers and team members responsible for transportation network execution.
  • •Balance cost and service by optimizing load assignments, lane commitments, freight allocation, and carrier utilization.

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent education and relevant experience).

  • •Advanced computer skills, including data analytics, AI integration, transportation management systems (TMS), reporting tools, QTS, and legacy applications.
